As a General Manager, you will be the key leader who sets the tone for the restaurant atmosphere and provides exceptional customer hospitality. You will oversee the entire restaurant operations and cultivate a strong team committed to delivering fantastic food and a warm experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving outstanding customer service while upholding company standards.
  • Ensuring Crew Members and Shift Supervisors effectively complete assigned tasks and deliver safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
  • Regularly analyzing sales, labor, inventory, and controllables to meet margin and sales growth targets.
  • Managing a team in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety protocols.
  • Overseeing restaurant budget and financial plans.
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff.
  • Building an effective team through training and development, providing timely performance feedback.
  • Ensuring food safety, quality, and sanitation, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
  • Conducting health, safety, and security audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintaining the facility and equipment according to Taco Bell standards.
  • Following proper opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensuring safety for both guests and employees.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Food handler’s certificate according to state or local requirements.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Professional appearance and good hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be punctual and dependable.
  • 2 years of experience in quick service & fast-food restaurant environments.
  • 2 years of food management experience (preferred).
  • 2 years of drive-thru experience (preferred).

  • Demonstrate exemplary customer service and a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail, able to handle pressure, and remain composed in challenging situations.
  • Act in a courteous and helpful manner with all guests and staff.
  • Strong verbal and numerical skills.
  • Effective communication of ideas, suggestions, and concerns.
  • Timely decision-making that meets guest and business needs.
  • Ownership and responsibility in problem-solving.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 10-40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
