Role Overview: Project Manager with Dynamics CRM

Location: Waterloo Indiana Hybrid


Duration; Longterm Contract

A Project Manager with Dynamics CRM experience is responsible for leading projects that involve the implementation, customization, or upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring successful deployment of CRM systems aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning : Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Management : Act as the liaison between clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Team Coordination : Lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and testers.
• CRM Implementation : Oversee the deployment and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Budget Oversight : Track costs to ensure the project remains within budget.
• Training and Adoption : Ensure end-user training and facilitate smooth adoption of the CRM system.
• Reporting & Documentation : Create status reports and maintain project documentation.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Project Management : Proficiency with tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
• CRM Knowledge : Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (especially Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules).
• Agile/Waterfall Methodologies : Comfortable managing projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
