Responsibilities include: Instruction, including hands-on and theory, classroom management, and administrative tasks such as reports, syllabus, and lesson plan development. Preparing and maintaining current course syllabi. Teaching courses in accordance with established syllabi. Recommending instructional materials and laboratory facilities/equipment. Supervising students. Minimum and Additional Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of experience as a chairside dental assistant. Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and CPR certification. Completion of a course (or equivalent) in educational methodology. Aiken Technical College is an equal opportunity employer.
