Job Summary: The Cabinet Maker will be responsible for designing, constructing, and installing custom cabinets and furniture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and design specifications to create custom cabinetry.
• Select appropriate materials and tools for each project.
• Use woodworking machines and hand tools to shape and finish wood.
• Assemble and install cabinets, ensuring a high level of quality and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform repairs and refinishing on existing cabinetry as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cabinet maker or similar role.
• Proficient in using woodworking tools and machinery.
• Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in woodworking or carpentry preferred.
