Pay: $18/hr.
Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday


Primary Responsibilities:

• Assemble high-quality products efficiently by following assembly prints and operating tools independently after training.
• Demonstrate motivation, teamwork, and organization to meet or exceed work order standards.
• Maximize output and maintain quality by adhering to procedures and minimizing assembly errors.
• Promote a quality-first atmosphere and understand decimal conversions for accuracy in materials and timekeeping.
• Train and mentor others in safety, procedures, and company values with minimal supervision.
• Uphold company standards through excellent attendance, attitude, and by modeling desired behavior.
• Suggest and implement process improvements by analyzing parts and adapting to changing environments.

This is an entry level position; training will be provided!
