An anesthesiologist provides perioperative care by collaborating closely with surgeons and surgical teams in a high-volume medical facility. The role involves managing anesthesia for a wide range of surgeries including general, orthopedic, pediatric, ENT, vascular, urology, and podiatry cases, with no obstetrics. Staffing model—Anesthesiologist:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday, no call
- Week 2: Monday to Friday, taking primary call
- Week 3: Off
