A company is looking for a Training Coordinator for a remote contract opportunity.
Administer and coordinate training programs, including scheduling and delivery tracking
Manage training records to ensure accuracy and compliance in VISION and SAP LMS
Support accreditation documentation and assist in audit preparedness activities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, organizational development, or related field
3+ years of experience in training coordination within regulated industries, preferably nuclear
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and content development tools
Familiarity with SAT / ADDIE and nuclear training processes, including INPO or NRC accreditation
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
