Job Description: We are seeking talented engineers to support our Weapon Systems program. This role involves working on the most deployed combat system in the world, ensuring its interoperability across global domains. We have multiple needs and are looking to hire individuals with a variety of skill sets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one of the following: digital signal processing, radar engineering, systems engineering, or software development. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain system requirements, design, and test artifacts using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools like Rhapsody.
Perform system analysis, algorithm design, and modeling/simulation for radar and electronic warfare systems.
Support integration and test activities, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Ensure quality control over MBSE artifacts and maintain configuration management. Basic Qualifications: Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, C++, and other high-level computing languages.
Functional knowledge of radar or electronic warfare systems, subsystems, and components.
Experience in system analysis, requirements development, algorithm design, or modeling and simulation.
Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Desired Skills: Experience with radar control algorithms, target discrimination techniques, predictive data filtering (e.g., Kalman filters), and signal/image processing.
Familiarity with design tools and environments for radar modeling/performance analysis.
Experience using DOORS for requirements management and test procedures.
