Job Description
TranMazon Staffing is actively seeking to partner with Virtual Staffing Manager or Partner to support its mission of connecting job seekers with top employers in the Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution, Transportation, Warehousing, Freight Brokering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Inventory Management industries.
Through this partnership program, TranMazon aims to expand its national footprint and enhance its ability to deliver specialized talent solutions in these high-demand sectors. Virtual Staffing Partners will serve as trusted consultants, helping to identify, screen, and place qualified candidates in roles that align with both career goals and business needs.
This initiative is part of TranMazon’s ongoing commitment to building a strong, agile workforce that meets the evolving demands of today's logistics and supply chain ecosystem. Together, we will create opportunities, drive growth, and strengthen the connection between top-tier talent and industry-leading employers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual career assessments to identify client interests, and career goals within the logistics and supply chain sectors.
Advise on jobs available, resume writing, and professional development.
Connect job seekers with training and certification programs (e.g., OSHA, Health & Safety, Leadership & Business Skills, and Mental Health, etc.) relevant to careers in logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, training providers, and industry associations to align opportunities with workforce needs.
Facilitate group workshops and webinars on career pathways, soft skills, and technical competencies.
Stay informed on labor market trends, emerging technologies, and workforce needs across logistics, transportation, and supply chain disciplines.
Qualifications Required:
Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
