Job Description:

• We are seeking a UX Designer with a strong focus on data visualization to join AP Systems Business Intelligence team.
• The ideal candidate will translate data into clear, actionable visualizations that help to inform leaders and communicate KPI insights across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to measure key performance metrics.
• Translate UX analytics data into clear visualizations and narratives for leadership performance to plan meetings.
• Partner with Function managers, BI team, and engineers to define visualizations.
• Create templates, documentation, and visualization standards (colors, chart types, annotation conventions) to ensure consistency across teams.
• Present insights and recommendations that drive design decisions and prioritize UX improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX analytics, data visualization, or product analytics role.
• Strong proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms and SQL for data querying.
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrable portfolio of dashboards and UX-focused visualizations.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, agile teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data modeling, ETL tools, or Python/R for data manipulation and advanced analyses.

Education:

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).
