American Traveler is hiring a Certified Sterile Processing Technician for an afternoon shift position requiring at least two years of experience and NICHSPDP certification.Job Details Position is in a Central Supply unit within a healthcare facility, Afternoon shift schedule from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends, May be required to float to a nearby sister hospital, Full-time, 13-week contract,Job Requirements NICHSPDP certification required, Active MI license required if applicable, At least two years of relevant sterile processing experience required, High school diploma or equivalent required, Completion of an aide training program, central technician program, or minimum six months' previous experience in Central Supply, Must possess the ability to read, write, perform basic math, and read temperature gauges, AHA certifications required, COVID vaccination required,Additional Information Responsible for providing sterile products and instruments to the healthcare team, Online modules must be completed and passed onsite prior to the start date, No blocked scheduling permitted, RTO must be submitted up front; additional requests after offer will require manager discussion, Background check and drug screen must be completed through a designated vendor prior to starting
