Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist for a rotating day shift position requiring ARRT(MR) and active Oregon MRI license.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in a hospital-based diagnostic imaging department with state-of-the-art imaging technology
• Rotation of start times including 6:00 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, and 9:30 AM for 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
• Call coverage is required as part of the schedule
• Utilizes multiple imaging modalities including MRI as well as technologies such as X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, CT, Digital Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound
• Work with a collaborative team providing advanced diagnostic imaging services
• Duties may include supporting other imaging modalities as needed
• Facility expects strict compliance with all certification and experience requirements
• Professional attire or hospital-provided scrubs may be required per department policy

\n \n Requirements\n

• Current ARRT(MR) certification or equivalent credential required
• Active and unencumbered Oregon MRI license required upon consideration
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of MRI technologist experience
• Radiography background with ARRT RT(R) credential preferred
• Hospital experience preferred
• License required if applicable
