Job Description

Pilot Flying J is on the lookout for motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Restaurant Managers in our high-volume quick service restaurants. Applicants for this exciting role should be open to relocation.

As a Trainee Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the financial and operational success of our restaurants. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional hospitality and outstanding guest service
  • Fostering a positive and engaging work environment for team members
  • Supporting Human Resource processes
  • Conducting P&L analysis to ensure operational efficiency
  • Managing inventory effectively

Pay Rates Starting Between: $43,888.00 - $59,050.00 / year

Qualifications

To thrive as a Trainee Restaurant Manager, you should possess strong team leadership abilities and excellent customer service skillsets. Integrity and accountability must be part of your managerial ethos.

Additional qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industry with financial responsibility
  • Demonstrated management expertise in high volume retail with P&L accountability
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
