The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are adding a Senior Product Manager to our Business Technology division in Seattle, WA. Some responsibilities you will have include:

  • Product Management Leadership
    • Takes the lead and owns a major, large-scale initiative.
    • Manage product life cycle (including modifications, upgrades and maintenance) through end of life.
    • Lead coordination and documentation of project activities including product introduction meetings, design review meetings, and user acceptance testing.
    • Partner with IT, consultants, and software vendors to specify, deliver, and maintain solutions and integrations.
  • People Leadership
    • Trains, mentors and manages assigned staff.
    • Creates performance plans, assesses performance, and provides performance feedback.

What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry

  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on Salesforce products.
  • Salesforce certification is highly desirable.
  • 6-10 years in Product Management or A/E/C industry technology solutions required.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies a plus.

The pay range for this position is $99,270 - $169,900 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
