With offices in the U.S. and U.K., we specialize in custom hydrothermal experiences for luxury residential and hospitality clients. We also serve as the exclusive North American partner for several premium European spa and wellness manufacturers.
Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized and motivated
Sales Coordinator to join our Cedar Park, TX office. This
entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about wellness, design, and the fast-paced world of international luxury projects.
In this role, you'll provide critical support to our Sales and Project Management teams. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, manage logistics and communications, and help maintain internal systems and documentation. This is a dynamic position that offers exposure to sales strategy, design planning, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries (phone/email)
- Provide introductory design guidance to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system
- Manage sample inventory and fulfill sample requests
- Support inside and outside Sales Managers with administrative coordination
- Organize and archive project photos with the installation team
- Assist Project Managers in gathering client documentation and specifications
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and facilitate continued communication
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes and required project documentation
- Support the Accounting team with billing coordination and updates
Qualifications - 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with CRM or project management software a plus
- Bachelor's or Associate degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and proactive with minimal supervision
- Collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-first attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Additional Information - In-office only (remote work is not available for this position)
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required (e.g., supplier visits, training in Europe)
- Background in design, construction, or architecture is a plus
- Ability to read construction drawings is beneficial
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments is a bonus
