Position Summary

The AGM supports the GM in daily operations, staff management, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. This role ensures smooth restaurant operations while upholding our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Assist with daily FOH/BOH/bar operations, scheduling, inventory, and quality control.
• Guest Experience: Maintain a visible presence, handle feedback, and ensure excellent service.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and coach staff; maintain a positive culture.
• Financial Management: Monitor costs, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Compliance: Ensure health, safety, and liquor law compliance.
• Events & Catering: Support planning and execution of events and catering orders.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1+ years management experience in a full service / high volume restaurant bar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and cost management
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: Catering/event experience, casual/upscale-casual background, bilingual skills
