Job Description

Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and administer activities within assigned program areas; develop, coordinate, and advise on policies related to major programs.

  1. Provide project management and coordination for assigned projects and events, and be accountable for achieving results.
  2. Use established project management and program methodologies to develop tasks and deliverables.
  3. Have a thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines supporting the administrative functions of the department, managers, and team.
  4. Assist in developing value-added services/support to meet departmental needs.
  5. Search and analyze data from relevant information systems.
  6. Translate data into clear and concise communications and reports.
  7. Assist with quarterly and as-needed data entry in the health system's operational database, maintaining data integrity.
  8. Provide phone and scheduling support.
  9. Manage and maintain large quantities of documentation and data for multiple projects across the system.
Qualifications Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two (2) years of related work experience.
