We are seeking a BE/BC Interventional Pain Physician to join our team.

• Busy, well-established program
• Mid-Level providers
• JCAHO’S FIRST disease-specific certified Spine Center
• BC/BE: Anesthesia or PM subspecialty: Pain
• Fellowship: Pain
• Residency: Anesthesia or PM & R
• Comfortable with broad spectrum of surgical and medical treatment options

• Standard term: 5 years
