We need an Operations Manager & Team Coach who can balance running the show and coaching our athletes like a pro. Think of this role as part coach and part behind-the-scenes wizard.
Responsibilities
✨ Run the show – Keep daily operations smooth (schedules, communication, parent questions, and the occasional “where’s the tape measure” emergency).
✨ Coach the future stars – some Compulsory, Xcel, and Optional… you’ll be in the trenches spotting, correcting, and celebrating those “aha!” moments.
What We're Looking For
✔️ Some Gymnastics coaching experience (this is a bonus). Experience is a plus, but not needed for consideration. At AGA we offer a fully-comprehensive training program for all our staff. We just ask that you're eager to learn and hungry to help kids! We truly believe that if you love kids, then we can teach you the skills to coach them! Our experienced staff will help get you up to speed!
✔️ Organization skills strong enough to keep workouts, a staff, and everyone on track.
✔️ A communicator who can handle athletes, parents, and staff without breaking a sweat.
✔️ Someone who’s cool wearing many hats : coach, planner, problem-solver, and hype human.
