Office Manager – Naturopathic Medicine & IV Therapy Clinic
Location: Boulder, Colorado | Full-Time
Join our growing Naturopathic Medicine and IV Therapy Clinic as an Office Manager , where you’ll lead daily operations, support patient care, and help build a thriving wellness environment.
What You’ll DoOversee front desk operations, scheduling, and patient flow.
Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling.
Handle supply and IV inventory, vendor coordination, and compliance with HIPAA/OSHA standards.
Support billing, co-pay collections, and reporting on key metrics.
Partner with leadership on marketing, community outreach, and clinic growth initiatives.
3–5 years of healthcare office management or supervisory experience.
Experience with naturopathic, integrative, or IV therapy practices preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
Working knowledge of practice management systems (e.g., Athenahealth, Jane, ChARM, etc.).
Passion for holistic health and patient-centered care.
