This position includes, but is not limited to, answering multi-line telephones and taking detailed messages, light typing, filing, data entry, walking to the post office, bank, and other downtown locations, processing mail, and client communication as instructed. Potential candidates must be able to maintain strict confidentiality, have basic computer skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to follow written and verbal direction. This position is for full time, however, part time availability can be accommodated. Regular reviews of employee performance will be conducted, and, dependent upon employee aptitude, additional tasks may be assigned, along with commiserate pay increases. There is a six (6) month probationary period, which may be extended if necessary.
