About The Position We are searching for a Landscape Architect III to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field and possess 6-10 years of relevant experience. This role involves researching, planning, designing, and administering building projects, with responsibilities including leading the preparation of design and construction documents, supervising other professionals, interacting with clients, and ensuring projects meet budgets and timelines. The successful candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop and have strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and client relationships. Experience And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field 6-10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Registered Landscape Architect Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop required Strong experience in preparing graphic representations of plans and designs, both hand-drawn and computer-based Ability to supervise and mentor junior Landscape Architects and Technicians Proven experience in preparing and managing construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates Ability to coordinate drawings with other disciplines and oversee the work of technicians Understanding of life safety standards and site design Completion of the Intern Development Program and/or progress towards taking the Landscape Architect Registration Exam Strong communication and client relationship-building skills Ability to meet deadlines, manage project budgets, and work after typical hours if needed Preferred Qualifications Supervisory experience or willingness to take on a leadership role within the team About Pond Pond is an award-winning, full-service architecture, engineering, planning, construction management, and environmental services firm providing professional solutions to clients throughout the U.S. and globally for nearly 60 years.
