As a medical receptionist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, answering incoming phone calls, pulling and filing patient charts, checking patients in and out of our system, and collecting payments for services rendered. Your role will also involve scheduling appointments and managing the nightly closeout of our computer system, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and processed. Additionally, you will prepare daily deposits, which are crucial for our financial operations.
