What You'll Do: Facilitate engaging lessons in both classroom and lab settings, bringing medical theory and practice to life. Guide students through hands‑on practice of essential clinical and administrative procedures. Develop and adapt curriculum to meet program objectives and student learning needs. Mentor and support students throughout their academic journey and during their externship experiences. Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track their progress. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment. What We're Looking For (Minimum Requirements): A minimum of three (3) years of practical experience as a Medical Assistant. Current and unencumbered CMA or RMA certification. Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Must meet all local and state credential requirements to serve as an instructor. Proficiency with technology, including MS Office and learning management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ideal Candidate Profile: A passion for mentoring and a genuine interest in student success. Prior teaching or training experience is a strong plus, but a willingness to learn is essential. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
