What Will You Do as the Labor Recruiting Manager for the Bedding Division?
\n
\n - Strategic Talent Acquisition \n
\n - Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for manufacturing positions including all site based manufacturing and warehouse associates.
\n - Partner with plant leadership to forecast staffing needs and create proactive recruiting plans.
\n - Build talent pipelines for critical bedding manufacturing positions.
\n
\n \n - Bedding Recruiting Team Management \n
\n - Serve as team leader to bedding division recruiters providing ongoing performance management, coaching and leadership to all team members year-round.
\n
\n \n - Local Market Expertise \n
\n - Leverage deep knowledge of the Tupelo-Saltillo-Aberdeen corridor talent market.
\n - Build relationships with local educational institutions, workforce development agencies, and community organizations.
\n - Establish Ashley's presence as an employer of choice in the region through strategic partnerships and community engagement leading to exemplary quality of hire.

\n \n - Full-Cycle Recruiting Management \n
\n - Manage end-to-end recruiting process from workforce planning through onboarding.
\n - Conduct high-volume recruiting for production positions while maintaining quality standards.
\n - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
\n - Coordinate interview processes and manage candidate communications.
\n
\n \n - Manufacturing Industry Focus \n
\n - Utilize specialized knowledge of bedding/mattress manufacturing processes, safety requirements, and skill sets.
\n - Recruit for positions requiring experience with foam cutting, spring assembly, quilting operations, and automated manufacturing equipment. y
\n - Source candidates with relevant manufacturing certifications and technical expertise.
\n
\n \n - Analytics and Reporting \n
\n - Provide weekly reporting on recruiting results with meticulous attention to detail showcasing progress on key recruiting metrics.
\n
\n \n - Talent Acquisition Team Strategic Projects \n
\n - Assist in providing cross-functional support as a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership team through assigned team or individual based strategic projects that improve the candidate, recruiter, employee and stakeholder experience.

Where and How will You Work?
\n
\n - Based in Saltillo, Mississippi with additional oversight of bedding and foam pouring facility in Verona, MS.
\n - Combination of office work and manufacturing floor presence.
\n - Flexible schedule to accommodate recruiting events and candidate interviews.
\n - Collaborative team environment with emphasis on results and continuous improvement.

What Do You Need?
\n
Required Qualifications
\n
\n - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
\n - 5+ years of manufacturing talent acquisition experience.
\n - Proven success in high-volume recruiting within manufacturing environments.
\n - Experience recruiting for production, maintenance, and supervisory roles.
\n - Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
\n - Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting technologies.
\n

Preferred Qualifications:
\n
\n - Manufacturing industry experience, preferably in bedding, furniture, or related sectors.
\n - Knowledge of North Mississippi talent market and labor dynamics.
\n - Experience with workforce development partnerships and apprenticeship programs.
\n - Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) to support diverse workforce.
\n - Professional certifications in HR or talent acquisition (PHR, SHRM-CP, CIR).
