Salary: $39,520 - 45,760 per year Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Science, Informatics, Data Management, Data Analytics, or Data Insights.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in either an academic or professional setting.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and internal teams.
• Open to various perspectives and fosters collaboration and partnerships.
• Proficient in using standard Microsoft software products, with a specific emphasis on Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Attend training sessions to familiarize yourself with Labcorp's internal databases, data transfer processes, and workload assignments associated with Data Management.
• Identify and analyze process gaps, develop solutions, and implement process improvement plans.
• Participate in professional development workshops to refine your presentation and communication skills, enhancing your professional presence.
• Collaborate with managers, leaders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify significant process gaps, improve existing processes, or create new processes to address those gaps. Additionally, update tools and dashboards in line with these enhancements. This internship will focus on improving Data Management processes and tools.
