Overview We’re looking for a positive and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly Responsibilities Greet and assist guests at check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience. Manage guest information and room assignments; distribute keys as needed. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
