You will work closely with clients to analyse customer service processes, identify pain points, and develop strategies to optimise service delivery, increase customer satisfaction, and drive loyalty. Working in this area, you will provide guidance on implementing customer service technologies, designing service models, and developing customercentric service cultures.

The Opportunity

As part of the Operations Consulting team you are expected to direct efforts in Insurance operations management, including operationalizing business strategies and transforming the supply chain functions from product development through supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and product service/support. As a Director you are responsible for setting the strategic direction and leading business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects, maintaining executivelevel client relations. This role involves facilitating people, process, and technology changes for Insurance clients and creating trusted and collaborative relationships with team members.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 15 years of combined experience in Consulting and the Insurance industry

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
