Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the metal fabrication industry, is seeking a Fabricator Welder to join their team. As a Fabricator Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and welding of metal components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fabricator Welder

Location: Las Cruces, NM

Pay Range: $15 to $18 DOE

Shift: 7am to 4pm

What's the Job?

• Assemble and weld metal parts on the production line using welding equipment
• Operate welding tools and machinery to join components accurately and efficiently
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Inspect finished welds and ensure compliance with specifications

What's Needed?

• Welding experience, with familiarity in basic welding techniques and equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools
