Position Overview As a Wind Turbine Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and skills of our students. Your knowledge of turbine systems and components will guide them toward a promising career in the wind energy industry. We believe hands‑on learning is key, so you’ll deliver interactive teaching and inspire the next generation to master modern wind energy technology. Hands‑On Training: Lead by example and provide practical demonstrations, ensuring students gain real‑world experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing wind turbine systems. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the education team to enhance existing courses and design new materials aligned with industry trends. Mentorship: Guide and mentor students on individual projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions. Safety First: Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: At least 3 years of practical work experience in the field. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students and staff. Patience and Empathy: A patient and empathetic approach to teaching, recognizing that students learn at their own pace.
