Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant 2 to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant 2, you will be part of the Administrative Support Department supporting two leaders and their teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to adapt quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

  • Support two leaders and 43 team members with calendar management and scheduling of meetings
  • Assist with planning and supporting offsites, morale events, and large-scale meetings
  • Manage space planning, team moves, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
  • Process expense reports, purchase equipment, and handle invoices efficiently
  • Generate reports, update email distribution lists, and support onboarding/offboarding processes

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 4 years' experience supporting senior leaders or executives
  • Proficiency in calendaring and scheduling through Outlook
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate good judgment
