You'll mainly report to our Email Marketing Campaign Manager but also collaborate broadly across departments. You'll play an essential part in executing campaigns, streamlining reporting, supporting client onboarding, and strengthening our internal marketing.Why this role matters: You'll contribute to defining and delivering email-first strategies that drive real impact for fashion, beauty, jewelry, and home brands-while building your expertise in high-performing e-commerce marketing.Let's break that down a bit more:Campaign Creation & ExecutionBuild and schedule campaign and flow emails in Klaviyo, Attentive, and ShopifyAssist with copywriting and campaign outlines under direction of the Email Marketing Campaign ManagerReporting & AnalyticsGather and compile performance data, including creative screenshotsMaintain KPI trackers across platforms and update performance dashboards monthlyClient Onboarding & SupportComplete setup checklists for email + SMSInput data for brand audits and overviewsAssist with client communication and account updatesData ManagementPull quarterly data for analysisConduct list cleaning for optimal deliverabilityInternal MarketingContribute to Milked Media's own email campaigns and social contentSupport prospecting initiativesProject CoordinationUpdate Trello cards to assist the Project Manager and ensure smooth workflowQualificationsWhat do you need to succeed?We're looking for someone with the skills to make an impact and the mindset to grow with us.Required Skills & Experience1-2 years in email marketing or related fieldExperience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platformsStrong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities backed by dataOrganized, proactive, and collaborativeComfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Interest in e-commerce fashion, beauty, and/or related lifestyle brandsPreferred SkillsDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldExperience in e-commerce marketingFamiliarity with email and SMS marketing platformsAdditional InformationWhat do we offer you?At Milked Media, we believe your career should be as rewarding as your results.
