Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales/Business Development Representative who specializes in digital communication channels, including chat, text, and email. This role supports patient communications via chat, text, email, and light phone work. Government-funded insurance experience (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.), primarily handling inbound inquiries from Indiana, Wisconsin, and Missouri.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients, helping them understand our care model and guiding them through the scheduling process. You will play a key role in growing our patient base by delivering high-quality service through written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective patients via chat, text, and email to answer questions, provide information, and schedule appointments

  • Support patients with Medicare, Medicaid, and other government-funded insurance plans by helping them understand coverage and eligibility

  • Manage inbound digital inquiries from patients in Indiana, Wisconsin, and Missouri

  • Convert new patient leads into scheduled appointments through clear, professional, and empathetic communication

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals related to conversion rate and appointments kept

  • Document all communications and outcomes in our CRM and contact center platforms

  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve scripts, processes, and workflows

  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on system tools, service techniques, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong written communication skills with experience in customer service, inside sales, or digital support

  • Comfortable using chat, email, and text to engage with customers or patients

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and accuracy

  • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded healthcare is a plus

  • High school diploma or GED required

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in a healthcare, call center, or patient services environment

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics

  • An associate or bachelor's degree is a plus

Compensation and Bonus

Competitive hourly wage with monthly bonus opportunities
Individual bonus potential between $500 and $2,000 per month based on performance
Additional team bonus potential between $400 and $700 per month
