Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall project logistics and financial accountability.
• Lead pre-construction efforts, issue/manage change orders, and prepare monthly cost reports.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the team.
• Ensure quality standards through site visits, checklists, and installation reviews.
• Review plans and specifications; create scopes of work for subcontractors and vendors.
• Issue contracts, purchase orders, and manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Conduct project and coordination meetings, ensuring updated plans and timely material delivery.
• Prepare and review pay applications for owners and subcontractors.
• Manage project buy-out, cost reporting, and budget updates.
• Negotiate change orders, value engineering, and allowance reconciliations.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure contract compliance.
• Provide clear communications to clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering collaboration and development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Proficiency in cost auditing, forecasting, billing, and financial reporting.
• Skilled in MS Project, Office Suite, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Sage 100 (preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changes.
• Valid driver’s license with insurability.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and lead teams effectively.
