Clinical Medical Assistant

Locations: Gig Harbor, Tacoma, South Bend, Olympia, WA

Pay Range: $28$30/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking Certified Clinical Medical Assistants to join our team across multiple locations. These roles support Primary Care and Urgent Care clinics, providing high-quality patient care and assisting providers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for exams and procedures
• Take vital signs and document patient information accurately
• Assist with minor procedures and administer medications as directed
• Perform lab draws and point-of-care testing
• Maintain clean and organized clinical areas
• Support providers with patient flow and scheduling

Requirements:

• Current Washington State Medical Assistant Certification
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Schedule & Start Date:

• Full-time positions
• MondayFriday, day shifts only
• Start date: Approximately 2 weeks from offer

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical Assistant responsible for performing duties under the direction of a physician to assist in the examination and treatment of patients.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or its equivalent
• Good telephone communication skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of medical procedures
• Knowledge of clerical functions
• Current CPR card (if applicable)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program; certification preferred
• Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred
• Relevant certification/license if applicable
• Must be at least 18 years of age
