Open Positions Type 1 Technicians (3 roles) 1–5 years of experience EPA Type 1 certification Ability to perform PM on HVAC systems and eager to learn Service small appliances and handle refrigerants safely Type 2 Technicians (2 roles) 5–10 years of experience EPA Type 2 certification Strong troubleshooting skills for high-pressure HVAC systems Perform installations, repairs, and mentor junior techs Controls Technicians (3 roles) 5–10 years of experience EPA certification Expertise in BACnet controls, installation, and repair 2 roles inside office; 1 role inside/outside for repairs Requirements for All Roles Valid EPA certification (Type 1, Type 2, or Universal as applicable) Strong technical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work safely and follow national codes MVR required Benefits Through BGSF: Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave (applicable per state/local law) Referral bonuses ZIPW BGN BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
