Position Title: Process Operator
Location: Lebanon, OH
AM Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM - $21/hr.
Pay Increase: Eligible for a $1.00/hour raise after certification (typically within 3–6 month

What You’ll Do:

• Batch Formulation: Prepare and blend liquid and powder ingredients with precision for capsule production.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards in safety, health, and product quality.
• Documentation: Accurately record batch details, ingredient usage, and yields.
• Safety & Organization: Follow strict safety protocols, wear proper PPE, and keep work areas organized.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives.
• Additional Duties: Support leadership with other tasks as needed.

Who We’re Looking For:
Individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excited about long-term career growth in a dynamic production environment. Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn matter most.

Work Schedule:

This position operates on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, then work 3 days), providing every other weekend off and consistent 12-hour shifts.
