We are looking for a skilled Bankruptcy Associate Attorney to join a prestigious law firm in Wilmington, Delaware. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a nationally recognized Bankruptcy and Restructuring team, specializing in complex Chapter 11 cases and distressed transactions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in corporate bankruptcy matters and adversary proceedings, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings, and related litigation.
• Draft and analyze court documents, including pleadings, motions, and other legal filings.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and negotiations to advocate effectively for clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research to develop strategic solutions for client matters.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients on restructuring, insolvency, and distressed asset transactions.
• Maintain accurate case files and manage ongoing client communications.
• Provide clear, strategic counsel to clients facing bankruptcy and restructuring challenges.
• Ensure compliance with Delaware Bankruptcy Court procedures and practices.• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Delaware or eligibility for admission.
• 4+ years of experience in bankruptcy law, with a focus on Chapter 11 cases and adversary proceedings.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with Delaware Bankruptcy Court procedures is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
