This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Senior Associate will partner closely with advisors, senior firm leadership, and the broader marketing team to create and deliver high-impact content, digital campaigns, and events.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with a proven ability to produce polished, professional materials.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with design expertise in PowerPoint and Adobe Pro; experienced with Salesforce, MailChimp, and Outreach marketing platforms.
  • Experience with digital advertising, SEO, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta).
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Self-directed with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • High level of integrity, humility, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Thought Leadership & Content Management
    • Assist in developing and distributing marketing content, including articles, white papers, press releases, and social media.
    • Support the content calendar and collaborate with stakeholders to produce marketing materials and thought leadership assets aligned with IEQs brand.
    • Contribute to outbound campaigns, templates, and reporting on content performance and engagement.
  • Digital Advertising & Online Presence
    • Support digital advertising strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, and third-party vendors.
    • Manage website updates and SEO efforts in coordination with external partners.
    • Execute digital campaigns, podcast promotions, and inbound initiatives; report on advertising, SEO, and pipeline performance.
  • Events & Conferences
    • Assist with planning and execution of firm-wide and advisor-level events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
    • Partner with advisors and leadership on event communications, marketing, and post-event follow-up.
    • Manage conference workflows including programming, Salesforce tracking, and attendee engagement, while contributing to investor relations initiatives.
  • Brand & IEQ Assets
    • Ensure consistency of marketing efforts with IEQs brand standards and strategic objectives.
    • Support coordination and relationship management with marketing vendors across brand initiatives, gifting and swag, digital advertising, and related projects.
    • Support brand-related initiatives including awards submissions, bios, headshots, and internal tools.
    • Collaborate with Research and Family Office teams to integrate content and messaging.
  • Operational & Miscellaneous
    • Manage team operations to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely completion of projects and goals.
    • Partner with the Marketing Associate to prioritize team projects and maximize impact.
    • Contribute to accurate Salesforce data tied to marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Business Development, Research, and Family Office as thought partners in marketing.
    • Support budget management, operational reporting, internship programs, and ad hoc projects.
