We are excited to announce an opening for a temp-to-hire Assistant Property Manager at our West Seneca office. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of essential tasks that are critical to our property management operations. Your primary duties will include managing incoming phone calls, addressing and resolving tenant concerns, ensuring accurate data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Although previous property management experience is not required, to succeed in this role you will need a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you will be interacting with tenants, vendors, and the property management team.
This is a full-time position with a competitive starting pay rate of $22 per hour. If you are a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and an interest in property management, we would love to hear from you!
