Coordinate and control all nursing activities and assume administrative and managerial responsibilities on a 24 hr basis. Monitor patient care to ensure that delivery is consistent with hospital and nursing department policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state DOH, JCAHO, and other accrediting agency standards.Requirements:Master's degree required.Minimum 5 yrs Medical/Surgical or clinical experience required.
