Apartment Maintenance Supervisor – Ann Arbor, MI

Pay: $26/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Type: Contract-to-Hire | Immediate Start

Take the lead in maintaining a beautiful apartment community! As a Maintenance Supervisor , you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure timely repairs, and keep residents happy in a safe, well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance team and assign work orders
• Perform and oversee repairs: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
• Ensure units are ready for move-in and meet quality standards
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Communicate effectively with property management

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Must have valid driver’s license (golf cart provided for on-site use)
• Wastewater certificate preferred, but not required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair common apartment issues
