Seeking a cardiac-trained anesthesiologist to join LifeBridge Health's anesthesia team at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore starting Summer 2026. The role involves providing specialized cardiac anesthesia services with comprehensive benefits, competitive compensation, and an infrequent at-home cardiac call requirement. Excellent opportunity to join our LifeBridge Health Anesthesia team! We are seeking a cardiac-trained physician to join us at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore in Summer 2026.

Compensation
Base salary for a cardiac anesthesiologist starts at $460,000 with a $50,000 cardiac call stipend, and a $50,000 sign-on bonus.


Earn up to $650,000 ($460,000 base), Cardiac Call Stipend ($50,000), General Call Stipend ($40,000) and picking up one Saturday 24-hour call per month ($7,200 per call or $86, 4000 annually)

Comprehensive benefits package available through LifeBridge Health system including, but not limited to; medical, dental, vision, disability, reimbursement for CME, credentialing license renewals, memberships, etc. 8 weeks paid vacation, 8 holidays, and up to $30,000/year employer contributions towards a 403(b)-retirement plan, and employee may also contribute towards a 457(b) deferred compensation plan.


The position requires at-home cardiac call with a very infrequent call-in rate; no general call required.

LifeBridge Metropolitan Anesthesia provides general, pediatric, and cardiac anesthesia services at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore as well as other care centers within the greater Baltimore region. Sinai Hospital is located in the northwestern section of Baltimore City by the Pimlico Racetrack, home of the Preakness Festival.


Sinai Hospital is a full-service non-profit acute care hospital providing a wide array of medical and surgical services to its patients. Sinai Hospital is a Level II Trauma Center and a teaching hospital with residency programs in general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, ophthalmology, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine, pediatrics and physical medicine and rehabilitation. Surgical services include: general surgery, general/subspecialty orthopedic surgery, general/subspecialty gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, cardiac, thoracic, spine, dental, ophthalmologic, oncological, trauma, and robotic surgery.
