Accounting/Finance Summer Internship

Our Accounting/Finance Summer Internship offers hands-on experience across multiple finance functions. You'll work directly with one of our core teamssuch as Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, or Business Unit Accountingand gain exposure to senior finance leaders, including Segment CFOs and our Chief Accounting Officer.

Interns receive technical training, soft-skill development, and mentorship throughout the program. Top-performing interns may be invited to join our full-time, two-year rotational program after graduation.

Responsibilities vary by team, but may include:

• Preparing journal entries and reconciling balance sheets
• Analyzing inventory, warranty, and material cost trends
• Supporting financial reporting, including 10Ks, 10Qs, and earnings releases
• Assisting with audit readiness and internal control assessments
• Navigating ERP systems to extract and analyze financial data
• Participating in process improvement initiatives using 80/20 principles
• Perform consolidation checks over worldwide entity submitted financial information
• Assist with data requests from various stakeholders, including FP&A, treasury, internal and external audit
• Provide data as requested to internal and external auditors for the segment

Education, experience, and qualifications:

• Completion of at least 2 accounting or finance courses
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Intent to pursue CPA preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working on team projects
• Curious mindset that proactively seeks understanding and feedback
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Prior work experience (internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer roles)

Compensation details: $21 - $25 per hour. The hourly rate provided is intended to display the value of the company's base rate compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Hourly rate is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
